Countries we deliver to

We deliver to the following 15 countries in the European Union:

• Luxembourg
• Netherlands
• Poland
• Portugal
• Spain
• Sweden

We do not deliver to packing stations or to post office boxes, because the carrier needs a street address for a parcel of this size.

Costs

The free shipping threshold is calculated on the goods value after any discount and before shipping. Shipping is shown separately in the cart and again at checkout, before you commit to anything.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are handed to the carrier within 1 working day of the contract being concluded, on working days. Delivery then takes 2–4 working days within Germany and 3–7 working days to the other listed countries.

Parcels are handed to the carrier from our warehouse in Germany. Delivery windows are carrier estimates, not guarantees. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is handed over.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at our registered office in Thuringia, Germany.

Packaging

Bags travel in a cotton dust bag inside a plain corrugated carton, with paper void fill. No plastic film, no polystyrene. The carton carries no branding, which is useful if the bag is a gift and useful again if you want to reuse the box for a return.

Packaging placed on the German market is registered under the Verpackungsgesetz (VerpackG) and the operator maintains the corresponding LUCID registration.

Damaged or missing parcels

• Visible damage on delivery. Note it with the carrier if you can, and tell us within a few days. Your statutory rights are not affected if you accept the parcel.
• Damage found after opening. Send us a photograph of the packaging and the goods. We arrange collection at our cost and send a replacement or refund.
• Parcel not arrived. If tracking has not moved for five working days, contact us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier. Until the goods are handed over to you, the risk is ours.

Returns

You have 14 days to withdraw without giving reasons. The procedure, the model form and who bears the return postage are on the right of withdrawal page. Return postage is yours unless the goods are faulty or not as described, in which case it is ours.

Returns go to the address given in the Impressum. Please ask us first so we can expect it.

Outside the EU

We do not currently ship outside the European Union, and we do not export goods subject to licensing. If you arrange your own onward carriage out of the EU, any customs duties, import taxes and compliance obligations are yours.
