Payment and prices

How prices are shown

Every price on this site is a total price for a consumer: it includes German value added tax and it is the amount you pay for the article. Shipping is not included in the article price; it is shown separately and linked from every price, as the Preisangabenverordnung (PAngV) requires.

The current range runs from 39,00 € to 549,00 € across 45 articles. Shipping is 4,90 € within Germany, 9,90 € to other listed EU countries, and free from 120,00 €.

Where a price is shown struck through, the struck-through figure is the lowest total price we actually charged in the 30 days before the reduction. We do not invent reference prices.

VAT

German value added tax at the standard rate of 19 % is included in every displayed price. The VAT amount is shown separately in the order summary at checkout and again on your invoice.

Deliveries to consumers in other EU member states are taxed under the One-Stop-Shop rules at the rate of the destination country where applicable; the displayed total price does not change as a result.

Payment methods

The payment methods actually available to you are displayed in the payment step of the checkout, after your details have been entered and before you pay. Only the methods shown there can be used for your order.

The categories the operator may enable are:

• Card payment (Kreditkarte / Debitkarte)
• SEPA direct debit (SEPA-Lastschrift)
• Instant bank transfer (Echtzeitüberweisung)
• Advance bank transfer (Vorkasse per Überweisung)
• Digital wallets offered by your device or browser

Payment is processed by the payment service provider configured for this shop. Your card or bank details are entered on that provider’s side and are never stored on our servers.

We do not offer credit, instalments, subscriptions, memberships or stored value of any kind. Everything in this shop is a single outright purchase.

When payment is taken

Payment is due when the contract is concluded and is taken at that point, other than for advance transfer, where you send the amount yourself and we dispatch on receipt. If a payment fails or is reversed we will contact you before cancelling the order.

Invoices

An invoice showing the net amount, the VAT rate, the VAT amount and the total is sent by email with the order confirmation, and a copy travels with the goods. Business customers who need their VAT identification number on the invoice should enter it in the bulk enquiry or write to support@duxlederwaren.shop before the order is dispatched.

Refunds

Refunds are made using the same means of payment you used, unless we expressly agree otherwise with you, and never carry a fee. Where you withdraw from the contract we refund within 14 days of receiving your notice, subject to the retention right described on the right of withdrawal page. Where goods are faulty we refund or replace without you bearing any cost.

Disputed charges: contact us first at support@duxlederwaren.shop with your order reference. We answer within one working day and it is almost always faster than a chargeback.

Security

This site is served over TLS on every page, including every form. Payment data is entered on the payment provider’s side under its own PCI DSS compliance; we never see, store or transmit full card numbers.

Currency

All prices, invoices and refunds are in euro (EUR). If your card or bank account is held in another currency, your bank sets the conversion rate and may add its own fee; that is outside our control and is not part of the price shown here.
